Mumbai: Prof. Chossudovsky says attacks seek to create division within India between Hindus & Muslims,

Smaller Font Larger Font RSS 2.0

"Professor Chossudovsky stresses that the series of terrorist attacks across

India seeks to create (a) social division between Muslims and Hindus within

India, (b) tension between India and Pakistan, (c) conditions for US

military operations inside Pakistan (which has been going on) and to expand

the intervention in South and East Asia.

Another NWO theorist, Mike Ruppert, a former LAPD officer, who pieced

together CIA's involvement in global narcotics trade, sums it up:

"What scares me most about the Mumbai attacks is the following:

1. They are not over yet.

2. We don't know who did it.

3. At this level of sophistication I would expect the capacity for a

"follow-on" in the near future. If the intent of the attack is to put the

United States completely out of business it will have to do so quickly.

4. The United States still has enormous military power which might be viewed

in some DoD circles now as "Use it or lose it." They too can see the writing

on the Imperial wall.

5. The attackers have made no demands.

6. To even publicly breathe that it might be state-sponsored puts us (i.e.

all mankind) a hair trigger away from nuclear conflict in any off our

theaters tactically and on a MAD basis strategically.

7. The logistics and C3 (Command, Control and Communications) for this looks

state-sponsored.

8. This is an absolutely brilliant and potentially fatal blow aimed

precisely at the weakest spots we have mapped in "Crossing the Rubicon: The

Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil" and at "From

The Wilderness".

The fact that there are no convincing suspects as yet also points to a

state-sponsor trying to disguise itself as a large terror group. That might

explain why there are no demands... Demands identify the suspect."

One last word: Our mainstream media and the politicians have done an abysmal

job. Not one channel or newspaper truthfully analyzed what is going on. Not

one politician could rise up to the occasion and behave in a statesman like

fashion. Given the true nature of the attacks, that is most worrisome.

Hounding for visuals and shaping public opinion

Bombay terror attack

It is so easy to talk about what the politicians, the State, the security

services and the common people should do from the air-conditioned studios of

TV channels and lavish chambers of newspaper editors. As soon as the

newsworthiness of the event is gone, they are back in their cocktail bars,

full of inanities with insane chatteratti.

The sound of explosions gone and the fires doused, the channels are silent.

No one is even keeping the body count. TRP objectives achieved; a job well

done.

When I woke up to the horror of Mumbai attack on 27th I was in the midst of

a major report on the energy crisis. I was up till 3AM never bothered to

check the internet news channel. The news came from my wife when she woke me

up.

The modern news channels are the perfect substitute to a cup of strong

steaming hot black coffee. After that initial invigorating sips, you are on

your own. What follows the visuals is something you can ignore almost

entirely because of the meaningless mumblings that emanates from the big

mouths; some encircled in gaudy red lips, others with obnoxious sartorial

preferences. It is entertainment all the way, 24x7.

Mumbai became an reality show for all our TV channels. The print media was

only a few notches better. By 30th evening, humanism was forgotten; it was

business as usual, lurking in the gloam for more entertaining events.

Defining moments

Visually, the most defining moment, for moment it was, was the special on

CNN-IBN, the sister channel of CNN as the CNN producer kept reminding us,

with a journalist, a politician, a police officer, a writer and a

business-person. The moderator had his questions ready; others were to

respond in millisecond, or else the moderator clobbered them. He had an

agenda; others did not and fell into his trap.

The defining moment was to extract a confession that 'people would trade off

curtailed personal liberty for greater security.' The visuals were perfect,

the language uncommonly sincere; the background visuals very disturbing. All

channels were engineered into that trap.

We all live in a modern world. Let us be very clear about that. When we fly

we are not allowed to carry shampoo, deodorant, or any liquid because the

belief is that these liquids can be used by experts to make an improvised

explosive device. Travelers are required to take their shoes off for

inspection at all US airports because shoes can hide an explosive. Since the

US Government came to believe that handheld manual box cutters were used to

hijack civilian airliners and ram them into world's most secure buildings,

now even nail clippers are not allowed. The Powers That Be [or PTBs, in

short] also believe that nail clippers can be used to clip the wings of a

flying airliner. Media men and women feel very comfortable.

If idiocy defines the lowest limit of human intelligence, then that should

be the final defining moment for modern human civilization. With our social

intelligence in tatters, we must rely on what the mainstream media and its

warped controllers want us to believe is intelligence. And that has taken

away the societal critical faculty. With globalized intellectual morbidity,

shaping public opinion is not merely a TRP objective, events such as the

Mumbai terrorist attacks are grand opportunities for creating conditions for

a model Patriot Act right here in South Asia.

Grand opportunities

When India's most famous hotel and its lounges and its bars and restaurants

are victims, these offer grand opportunities. These are places where the

folks who run the business and entertainment world unwind and relax. In the

upwardly mobile India, these places are frequented more by local businessmen

than by Colonel Bogeys of the erstwhile empire and I am sure that Malcolm

Arnold would not mind what I am saying. What better opportunity could have

come to the mainstream media to truthfully inform us? Instead it unleashed

its verbal diarrhea on a hapless nation?

Did they inform us? Did they analyze the events truthfully? But they

extracted a confession that a little bit of curtailed civil liberties can

indeed secure innocent lives, which was actually the defining moment.

The political class

"Dogs are welcome, not the politicians,

" just about sums up the people's

reaction to the insensitivity and gross behaviour of the politicians. First

the Kerala CM insulted the Unnikrishnan household. Major Unnikrishnan was

shot dead by the terrorists. The CM wanted to meet his family members but

they did not want to meet him. Instead of respecting their wishes, he told

the media that 'not even a dog would enter that house.' Then the Gujarat CM

insulted the households of dead policemen by offering Rs 10 million to the

widow. Finally, the Maharashtra CM, dismissing the events as 'just another

incidence.' One belongs to the Communist Party of India Marxist [aka CPM of

Nandigram notoriety], the other is from the Bhartiya Janata Party

[responsible for closer cooperation with the Israelis] and the third from

the Congress Party [which further strengthened Indo-Israeli relations]. Did

we see any difference between the three? Who would you give your vote?

In unison, they screamed in their shrill voice: Pakistan, ISI, LeT.

Whatever. None showed proper respect for this small neighbour whose people

are being bombarded by US air force. Is there any civility left? Let me tell

you that governments are extremely well briefed. They know exactly what is

going on. They know that the centres of terrorism are in London, Washington

and Tel Aviv. It is another matter that the political class here is

spineless, could never stand up to their pressures as Hugo Chavez or even

Cuba managed. There are, ahem, political compulsions. Precisely for this

reason people would welcome a loving canine and keep these two-legged

monsters out.

The post mortem

The doctor conducting the post mortem made two vital statements: (a) one

terrorist had been shot through both his eyes, and (b) hostages had been

tortured and then executed. The people have a right to know what the coroner

thinks about the cause of death. No one probed what the post mortem reports

say.

The Chabad House

When the terrorists attacked the Nariman House, aka Lubavitcher Chabad

house, no one seemed interested in probing what this little known Jewish

outfit doing there.

Wayne Madsen Reports (WMR) is an excellent source of information, so is the

Real Jew News. I am quoting from WMR below:

"WMR's Asian intelligence sources report that Chabad Houses are fronts for

Israeli military intelligence and Mafia activities in other Asian cities. In

Bangkok, Israeli military pilots and divers who stay at the Chabad House

there train Thai Army commandos, divers, and pilots who are fighting a

Muslim secessionist movement along the southern border with Malaysia.

Bangkok police have long suspected Chabad House as a center for the Israeli

Mafia, which runs its Ecstasy and Ice [these are psychotropic substances

very popular with homosexuals and young professionals looking for that extra

kick during sex] trade from Bangkok for all of Southeast and East Asia. The

Israeli Mafia also reportedly runs heroin labs in Myanmar, where an Israeli

military officer serves in Myanmar's feared military counter-intelligence

agency."

On November 27, 2008, WMR reported: "Bangkok police have long suspected

Chabad House as a center for the Israeli Mafia, which runs its Ecstasy and

Ice trade from Bangkok for all of Southeast and East Asia. The Israeli Mafia

also reportedly runs heroin labs in Myanmar, where an Israeli military

officer serves in Myanmar's feared military counter-intelligence agency."

"There are Chabad Houses located in Bogota and Barranquilla, Colombia; La

Paz, Bolivia; Kinshasa, Congo; San Jose, Costa Rica; Santo Domingo,

Dominican Republic; Quito, Ecuador; Tbilisi, Georgia; Baku, Quba, and

Sumqait, Azerbaijan; Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, China;

Guatemala City, Guatemala; Luang Prabang, Laos; Cancun and Tijuana, Mexico;

Thamel District [Thamel is not a district but a suburb. Author] of

Kathmandu, Nepal; Cusco and Lima, Peru; Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Koh Samui,

Thailand; Caracas, Venezuela; and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam...In addition to

Mumbai, Chabad Houses are also located in Bangalore, Goa, and Manali,

India."

I have repeatedly said that Manali and one village near Dharamshala need to

be probed.

WMR has a theory that Dawood Ibrahim attacked Chabad House to settle score

with Hindu extremists in alliance with Chabad mafia planning a takeover of

Bombay underworld. It raises several questions: (a) Would Dawood, with

considerable business interests in Dubai, India Pakistan and Nepal, and

knowing fully well that ISI, his protector, is a CIA outpost, risk attacking

Chabad House in which indications are that both Mossad and CIA could have a

role? Transnational criminal organizations can't operate without the tacit

support of three intelligence agencies, namely CIA, MI6 and Mossad. (b)

Could it be, as it definitely appears so, that Israelis were directly

involved in the operations, and killed the Rabbi and his wife, as expendable

assets, to vilify Muslims and create conditions for closer Mossad operations

in India? Over the last nine odd years, the Israeli intelligence has made

much inroad into India.

It is deeper than that

Professor Michael Chussodovsky, writing on November 30, 2008, believes that

these attacks are a continuation of the British imperial divide and rule

policy in South Asia. He says,

"The US air strikes on the Tribal Areas resulting in countless civilians

deaths have created a wave of anti-US sentiment throughout Pakistan. At the

same token, this anti-American sentiment has also served, in the months

preceding the Mumbai attacks, to promote a renewed atmosphere of cooperation

between India and Pakistan. While US-Pakistan relations are at an all time

low, there were significant efforts, in recent months, by the Islamabad and

Delhi governments to foster bilateral relations."

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va

<http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=11217> &aid=11217

There is much truth in this. Even while attacks were on, the Pakistani

Foreign Minister was in Delhi condemning the attacks in the strongest words.

About two weeks ago the Pakistani President sought to open public debate on

Kashmir in order to create greater people to people interaction and

strengthen bilateral relations.

Who gains from such dastardly attacks? Obviously, it is the ruling

Anglo-American clique. The invasion of Afghanistan following the world's

greatest psyop on 9/11, the plan to dismember Pakistan [northern area added

to Afghanistan denying Chinese access to the Arabian sea; making Balochistan

independent under Anglo-American control and leaving the rump to Pakistanis

have been the main plan in South Asia. Balochistan has oil and has common

border with Iran. The Chinese have invested heavily on a road cum rail link

from Gwadar port to western China via the Northern areas (aka POK) and

Gwadar port is just off coastal Balochistan. It is worth recalling that the

Kalat, the Baloch Parliament, had a treaty signed in 1876, by which the

British Parliament had acknowledged Kalat's suzerainty.

Briefly, at the time of transfer of power, the Kalat was forced into joining

West Pakistan and, as some senior Pakistani journalists [especially Mr.

Karamat Ali with whom I had the opportunity to discuss the Pakistani issues

at length last December at Islamabad] remarked, Maulana Azad Kalam had a

role to play. The Kalat delegation came to Delhi to negotiate [4th August,

1947] and it was agreed that Balochistan would be independent on 5th August

restoring the same political position as existed before 1838. Following

this round table at Delhi, another agreement was signed between Kalat and

Pakistan on August 4, 1947. As Hussain Bux, a Balochi writer said, the

agreement was broadcast on August 11, 1947:

"The Government of Pakistan agrees that Kalat is an independent state, being

quite different in status from other states of India; and commits to its

relations with the British Government as manifested in several

agreements..... In the meantime, a Standstill Agreement will be made between

Pakistan and Kalat by which Pakistan shall stand committed to all the

responsibilities and agreements signed by Kalat and the British Government

from 1839 to 1947 [and].... In order to discuss finally the relations

between Kalat and Pakistan on matters of defense, foreign relations and

deliberations will be held in the near future in Karachi."

Exactly as Kashmir's forced merger with India, in March 1948 Balochistan was

merged with Pakistan the key difference being that the Maharaja of Kashmir

acceded [which was essentially mired in Anglo-Saxon legality] while the

Pakistani army marched into Balochistan.

The US plan to dismember Pakistan is an extension of the British ambitions

in West and South Asia. The private secretary of Mr. Jinnah, who perhaps

died in 2003, has left a detailed account [audio tapes] of what happened

during those heady days. A key point he has made is that the British knew

that an undivided India would pose a major threat to the Anglo-American oil

interests in West Asia. Churchill had grasped the strategic importance of

oil way back in 1919. The British were in no mood to leave India

[essentially the entire South Asia] in peace. Carnage and mayhem was

planned. It took shape in these forms:

(a) The Partition bloodbath, hundreds of thousands of Hindus and Muslims

killed;

(b) Pakistan's nascent democracy, in a series of bloodbath and mayhem, was

destroyed and a military dictatorship was installed with General Ayub Khan

in 1956. While the Anglo-American cabal was engineering the dictatorship,

the State Department sent this message, "Fact of matter is Pakistan lacks

most of essential elements which provide basis for democratic government in

Western countries and efforts to judge developments here by degree which

they approximate standards appropriate these countries altogether

unrealistic and totally irrelevant." [March 30, 1955; declassified State

Department papers; the telegram was sent from New Delhi]. Is that true? Did

the Pakistani people vote a military dictator to power?

(c) Following assassination of Liaquat Ali Khan [October 16, 1951], the

Secretary of State had instructed its consulates to "limit [the] public

discussions" [ <http://www.icdc.com/~paulwolf/pakistan/liaquat20oct1951.jpg>

Secret Telegram from Secretary of State, Oct. 20, 1951]. It is alleged that

the bullet found in Liaquat's body was of the same bore as used by ranking

US military officers and the assassin had British protection.

(d) Engineered wars between Pakistan and India leading up to the 1971 war

that created Bangladesh. I was shocked to learn in Pakistan that the

generation that has grown up in Pakistan up since 1971 doesn't even know

that Bangladesh was known as 'East Pakistan.' A historical fact has been

completely erased from the history books.

(e) When East Pakistan was carved out, the PTBs created the same mayhem that

led millions of Hindus to leave East Pakistan. They were rehabilitated all

over India. Except one instance.Marichjhanpi. There were about 3000+ Hindu

households settled on this island. When Communist party of India (Marxist

(CPM, former ally of the present ruling Congress) came to power in West

Bengal they shot the entire community to death in what is known as the worst

genocide in post partition history of India. These Leftists and Communists

are also known as the 'Secularists', saviors of Muslims and Christians, who

would do a candle light vigil at best known landmarks even if one Muslim or

Christian is done in. And these Leftists are caste Hindus, upper class,

upper caste. These folks also populate the Indian mainstream media and would

not shy from blaming the Muslims for every instance of acts of terror. It is

they who are demonizing the Muslims. And, their children get admission to

some of the world's best known universities in Britain and the USofA,

invariably all expenses paid.

Professor Chossudovsky stresses that the series of terrorist attacks across

India seeks to create (a) social division between Muslims and Hindus within

India, (b) tension between India and Pakistan, (c) conditions for US

military operations inside Pakistan (which has been going on) and to expand

the intervention in South and East Asia.

all mankind) a hair trigger away from nuclear conflict in any off our

theaters tactically and on a MAD basis strategically.

7. The logistics and C3 (Command, Control and Communications) for this looks

8. This is an absolutely brilliant and potentially fatal blow aimed
