As the battles between Indian Commandos and terrorists continue to rage in India’s financial capital of Mumbai, Russian Military Intelligence Officials are reporting in the Kremlin today that these ‘horrific’ attacks were targeted against the former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and elite members of President-Elect Barack Obama’s [pictured 2^nd left with India Prime Minister Singh] Global economic team in India attending the “American Foreign Policy After Elections” conference organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Aspen Institute India in Mumbai.

The members of Obama’s elite economic team attending this conference with Kissinger, these reports say, were Indian-Americans Sonal Shah, Google.org’s head of Global development efforts, Aneesh Chopra, Virginia State’s secretary of technology, Vivek Kundra, chief technology officer for Washington, DC and Kartik Raghavan, a director at Microsoft.

These reports also note that Obama’s pick to be the next US Secretary of Treasury, Timothy Geithner, was absent from these meetings despite his longstanding ties to India where he was raised, but who was represented by as yet ‘unknown’ aides from the US Federal Reserve Bank.

The purpose of this conference was to advocate for the planned Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project which though strongly opposed by the Bush Administration and Pakistan’s ISI Intelligence Service, Obama has planned on being a ‘centerpiece’ towards his goal of achieving peace in Southeast Asia, and to which Kissinger has stated:

“The pipeline will be a natural thing to do and I expect the new administration [to be headed by Obama] to begin discussions with Iran.”

It is important to note that distinguished India author and researcher Maloy Krishna has previously detailed in his book “Fulcrum of Evil ISI - CIA - Al Qaeda Nexus” the nefarious workings of Pakistan’s feared ISI Intelligence service as they continue their efforts with the CIA and their combined ‘terrorist groups’ Al Qaeda and Taliban towards plunging our World into Total War.

Reports from India are, indeed, reporting that their Naval Forces have intercepted one of the Pakistani merchant ships stated in these reports to have brought the terrorists behind these attacks to India, and which Russian Intelligence sources are confirming was jointly owned and operated by the ISI and CIA.

Equally interesting to note in the timing of these attacks against India was US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice’s ‘ruling out’ American Diplomats going to Iran immediately prior their occurring yesterday, and to which as we stated in our October 27^th report, “Obama-Ahmadinejad Meet Spurs Attacks On Syria, CIA” was a critical component for peace to be achieved between the United States and Iran advocated by America’s Top Generals in seeking to stop their CIA forces from starting World War III.

These reports further state that a great amount of ambiguity currently surrounds the Obama Forces backed by Americas Top Generals as they have been made to accept the continued overseeing of the Pentagon by Bush Loyalist and former CIA Director Robert Gates as US Defense Secretary, and who this past week put forth his ‘master plan’ to totally eliminate Americas longstanding tradition of the ‘citizen solider’ into what he terms an “Integrated Total Force”, and as we can read as reported by the US Air Force Times News Service:

“Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates took a giant step Monday toward more tightly blending the active-duty military and reserve components into an “integrated total force,” calling for wide-ranging personnel policy changes, codifying the reserves’ homeland defense role and adequately funding oft-overlooked reserve equipment requirements.

In a Monday memo sent to every senior uniformed and civilian Pentagon leader and copied to three other cabinet secretaries, Gates directed the development of a new Total Force Integration Policy that recognizes the “cultural divide that exists” between the active and reserve components. “All vestiges of the cultural prejudice” that remain in law “should be removed” by Congress, he wrote.

Gates also called upon Congress to “mandate that the National Guard and Reserves have the lead role in and form the backbone of DoD operations in the homeland.”

To the likelihood of the American people accepting their National Guard and Reserve Forces being turned into the Pentagons permanently stationed Military Policing Forces in their towns and cities it is not to our knowing, other than to note (and no big surprise here) that the Pentagon is now reporting that their recruitment levels are rising for the first time in 5 years as their Nation continues its economic collapse and their young citizens can no longer find work.

And to this American economy leaving no choice for their children other than brutal Military Service, and with their current wars costs now exceeding those they spent on World War II, added to the American people themselves owing the staggering amount of $14 Trillion on their credit cards alone, and all combined to their Federal Reserve putting upon them another $800 billion in debt this past week, it can be stated with authority that the fodder for the United States vast military killing machine will continue for a long time to come.

Today the Nation of India is mourning its dead and is in a state of turmoil due to these attacks, the American people would be wise to notice these things as what they are viewing from afar right now they will soon, and much sooner than they think, be viewing in their Nation.
