Subject: URGENT - UPDATE FOR YOUR SITE REGARDING JIM FOLSOM

Jim Folsom (Freq. Device Dist.) July 17, 11:30AM San Diego Court Hearing

The judge has scheduled a hearing for Friday, July 17th at 11:30AM to consider the motion that has been filed for Jim to represent himself.

No one on the volunteer group helping Jim has any idea how long this might take. We just found it kind of odd that it’s scheduled for 11:30AM which generally is around the lunch hour so are thinking it may be short.

A few of Jim’s close friends, relatives, and neighbors are planning on attending. If you live in or close San Diego and it wouldn’t be too much trouble to attend, or you’re strongly motivated to help out in any way you can, please do attend. The group thinks it will be open to the public, and the suggestion is it would be good for the judge to know that there are many eyes on this case and important to do what is right for Jim and the U.S.
