It can now be reported that the Securities Exchange Commission is obstructing justice in a case involving oil hedge fund trading dating back to the Clinton Administration.

There is now smoking gun evidence linking major offshore 1241 corporations with trading oil hedge funds without proper margin collateral or securities.

This misconduct goes beyond the legislation of the 1990s that created the exception for the hedge funds to trade without margins.

The uncollateralized trading helped enrich Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton, with millions of dollars of ILLEGAL trading profits, which were laundered through both the United Arab Emirates and the Swiss Bank UBS Warburg.

The funds are now ILLEGALLY parked in a private account tied to both Clintons called Chelsea Jefferson.

Note: Chelsea Clinton now operates as a hedge fund manager in New York City.

Item: It was former President Clinton in 1998, with the help of former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, that sponsored the legislation, which granted oil hedge funds the ability to trade offshore without proper margin requirements or securities-based collateral.

It was then daddy Bush's little bitch, AIDS positive SERIAL RAPIST Bill Clinton that allowed Bush Crime Family owned oil corporations Texaco and Pennzoil to merge in early 2000.

The merger gave the foreign-owned oil giant British Petroleum (BP) 50% of U.S. market share, created more liquidity for the oil hedge funds and enabled then Texas Governor George W. Bush to raise millions and millions of dollars through the oil industry for his forthcoming year 2000 presidential campaign against then Vice President Albert Gore Jr.

Reference: The ILLEGAL oil hedge fund trading, which continues to this day, along with the year 2000 merger, helped finance what was to become the massive Bush-Clinton Crime Family fiasco known as ENRON.
